YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following described real property, lying and situated in Sarasota County, Florida, more particularly described as
Unit 107, Building 1, PALMER OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, Phase 1, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2007118811 and any and all amendments filed thereto in the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in Common Areas as set forth in said Declaration of Condominium.
Said property having a street address of 8624 Karpeal Drive, Sarasota, Florida 34238.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon the Plaintiff's attorney, Paul E. Olah, Jr., Esq., The Law Offices of Kevin T. Wells, P.A., 1800 Second Street, Suite 808, Sarasota, Florida 34236 within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before or after service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
