NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 4, 2014, and entered in Case No. 58-2013-CA-001153 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and RICHARD A COY, JR.; TENANT #1 N/K/A TARA CARRIVEAU, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ERIC CARRIVEAU are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 6th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
