Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment of foreclosure entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 14518, 14519, 14520, South Venice, Unit #55, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 22, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. Parcel Id No. 0472010013
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, on-line at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on April 15, 2015. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid or one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) whichever is less. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
