NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2015, entered in Case No. 2012 CA 006931 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GMAC Mortgage, LLC Successor by Merger to GMAC Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Heirs and Devisees of the Esate of Bernard J. Burns, Jr., Deceased; Cordova Gardens Condominium Association, Inc.; Andrew J. Burns; Christian W. Burns are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 30th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT E-6, BUILDING E, CORDOVA GARDENS II, CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1304, PAGE 1463, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGE 16 AND 16A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
