NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 26, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013 CA 004105 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST BANK is Plaintiff and EDWARD A. VEOVICH, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWARD A. VEOVICH N/K/A KIM VEOVICH, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of April, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 8, Block 2395, 49th ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 1, of the Public Records of SARASOTA County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
