NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 2, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 008947 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and JEFFREY ALAN BELL; LAUREN BELL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #2 are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on April 7, 2015 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT NO.1, COMMENCE AT A CONCRETE MONUMENT AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 32, RENICK SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 32, A DISTANCE OF 80.15 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTHERLY ALONG SAID WEST LINE OF LOT 32, A DISTANCE OF 80.15 FEET; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG NORTH LOT LINE OF SAID LOT 32, A DISTANCE OF 20.55 FEET TO A CONCRETE MONUMENT; THENCE CONTINUE EASTERLY ALONG NORTH LOT LINE OF LOTS 32 AND 33, SAID RENICK SUBDIVISION, 114.9 FEET TO EAST LINE SAID LOT 33; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG SAID EAST LINE OF LOT 33, A DISTANCE OF 77.8 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY 134.9 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
