SOUTH 6 DEGREES 51 MINUTES EAST ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 25, 116 FEET; THENCE WEST AND PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 25, 145.97 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE WEST, 66.8 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 46 MINUTES 39 SECONDS WEST AN PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 25, 115.18 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 25; THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 25, 66.8 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 46 MINUTES 39 SECONDS EAST, 115.18 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; BEING OF LOT 25, OF SAID LILLY'S SUBDIVISION.
