MASLIN TRUST DATED THE 18TH DAY OF OCTOBER 2004; EDWARD MASLIN; RICHARD MASLIN; JOHN W. MASLIN; JAMES MASLIN; JOHN CARMAN MCKISHNIE; JAMES MCKISHNIE; CHARLES MASLIN; ELIZABETH SPIGARELLI; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE JOHN A. MASLIN TRUST DATED THE 18TH DAY OF OCTOBER 2004; CALUMET AT CENTERGATE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; et al., are Defendants.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
