NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 009221 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST CONSTANCE UNDERWOOD A/K/A CONSTANCE LAVERNE NORWOOD-UNDERWOOD A/K/A CONSTANCE L. UNDERWOOD A/K/A CONSTANCE LAVERNE NORWOOD, DECEASED; MICHAEL BERNARD MCDANIEL A/K/A MICHAEL B. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 7th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 94, NEWTON ESTATES, UNIT NO. 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 17, 17A AND 17B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
