NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 16th day of April, 2015, at 9:00 AM, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Sarasota County, Florida:
ALL RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST IN AND TO THAT CERTAIN SUBLEASE RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1019, PAGE 1405 AND IN UNIT 318, HOLIDAY APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUN RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 960, PAGES 1598 , OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, WHICH WAS ACQUIRED IN THE ASSIGNMENT OF SUBLEASE RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3094, PAGE 1788, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
