NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 17, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-8962 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA N.A. is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., KRISTIN JOYCE-GUY AKA KRISTIN JOYCE GUY, DONALD GUY AKA DONALD C. GUY, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, TENANT #4, TENANT #1 NKA LILY GUY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of April, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 1 and the North ½ of Lot 2, Block D of POINSETTIA PARK, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page(s) 143, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
