NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 9, 2015 in Civil Case No. 58-2014-CA-005045-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and ELOUISE P. THOMAS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELOUISE P. THOMAS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, CURRENT RESIDENT(S), are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of April, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 5, Block “A” of MORRIS EPSTEIN BEING AN ADDITION TO NEWTOWN, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 16, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. Together with the East ½ of vacated alleyway abutting thereto pursuant to Ordinance recorded 12/9/65 in Official Records Book 556, Page 347.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
