NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-002904-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein MULTIBANK 2010-1 SFR VENTURE, LLC, is Plaintiff and Camilla M. Edwards, et al., are the Defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 16th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, BLOCK 256, 7TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 19, 19A THROUGH 19N, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 1189 Marjorie Lane, North Port, FL 34286
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
