All that Certain Parcel of Land Situate in the County of Sarasota, State of Florida being Known and Designated as Lot 8 and Lot 5 Less the Northerly 20 Feet of Lot 5, Block 1203, 35th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, A Subdivision According to the Plat Thereof as Recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 19, 19A Through 19D, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil No. 58-2014-CA-003858 NC now pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
