BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 9, BLOCK B, RIVERSIDE PARK SUBDIVISION, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTH 76 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 9, A DISTANCE OF 9.58 FEET; THENCE NORTH 37 DEGREES 25 MINUTES 30 SECONDS WEST, (PASSING OVER A CONCRETE MONUMENT AT 21.88 FEET), A DISTANCE OF 110.81 FEET; THENCE NORTH 65 DEGREES 39 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 12.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 21 DEGREES 29 MINUTES 30 SECONDS WEST A DISTANCE OF 21.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 37 DEGREES 25 MINUTES 30 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 140.35 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE WATER OF WHITAKER BAYOU; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID BAYOU, 175 FEET MORE OR LESS TO AN X ON THE WING WALL OF A BRIDGE OVER WHITAKER BAYOU, SAID POINT BEING ON THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF SOUTH RIVERSIDE DRIVE (40 FEET WIDE); THENCE SOUTH 21 DEGREES 33 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST, ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY, A DISTANCE OF 57.58 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 14 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY, 145.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
