NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 16, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014 CA 005539 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST ELLA LOUISE MITCHELL A/K/A ELLA L. MITCHELL, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS., ELLA L. MITCHELL, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HELEN BYRD, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELLA LOUISE MITCHELLELLA L. MITCHELL, JEFFERSON WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. , CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR SARASOTA COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, CITY OF SARASOTA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, HELEN BYRD, JIMMY L. FRANKLIN, SR., PEARLINE W. MACK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JIMMY L. FRANKLIN, SR., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PEARLINE W. MACK NKA BOLZELLE MACK, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Ella Louise Mitchell a/k/a Ella L. Mitchell, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 20th day of April, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 6-F, JEFFERSON CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1325, PAGE 1840 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGE 7, AND 7A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
