Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 15th day of April, 2015, at 9:00 o'clock A.M., EST, via the online auction site at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, F. S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, to wit:

pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
