GABRIEL; MICHAEL H MILENKI; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL H. MILENKI; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 4/20/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
COMMENCE AT NORTHEAST CORNER OF WEST 1/2 OF NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF NORTHWEST 1/4 IN SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, SAID POINT LYING AND BEING IN CENTER OF STATE ROAD 780; THENCE SOUTH ALONG EAST LINE OF SAID PARCEL, 393 FEET; THENCE WEST 160.5 FEET FOR POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 300 FEET; THENCE WEST 149 FEET; THENCE NORTH 300 FEET; THENCE EAST 149 FEET FOR POINT OF BEGINNING.
