NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 07, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-008516-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR-IN-INTERST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES WMALT SERIES 2006-AR5 TRUST, Plaintiff, and ALBERT M. KOPAK; BARTON FARMS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JUDY KOPAK;, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 22nd day of April, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 120, BARTON FARMS, UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 45, 45A THROUGH 45C, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
