NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 002097 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and BRIAN M. EBY; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; ANITA EBY and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 14th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, MYAKKA SHORES SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS 25 FEET OFF THE NORTH SIDE OF SAID LOT 3.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
