NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 29, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-004395-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and KATHLEEN W. JOHNSON, JAMES E. LAMBERT, FIRST CITIZENS BANK & TRUST COMPANY FKA IRONSTONE BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF W. KATHLEEN JOHNSON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES E. LAMBERT, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the _28th day of __April__, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 10, Block 26, Gulf View Section of Venice, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 77 and 77A, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
