LOT 5, BLOCK 2450, FORTY NINTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE(S) 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
