NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 23 March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 005298 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Onewest Bank, Fsb, is the Plaintiff and Branch Banking and Trust Company as Successor by Merger to Colonial Bank, N.A., Eleanor Alpert a/k/a Ellie Alpert, Glen Oaks Ridge Owners Association, Inc., The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Asignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees And All Others Who May Claim An Interest By Through Under or Against The Estate of Kay Shirley, Deceased, United States of America, Acting on Behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 27th of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
