NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 23 March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 58-2013-CA-009012 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Onewest Bank, Fsb, is the Plaintiff and Karen Collier, The Unknown Beneficiaries Of The Helen Osborne Living Trust Dated 3-29-05, The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees And All Other Parties Claiming An Interest By, Through, Under Or Against The Estate Of Helen Osborne, Deceased, The Unknown Trustee/Successor Trustee Of The Helen Osborne Living Trust Dated 3-29-2005, United States Of America, Acting On Behalf Of The Secretary Of Housing And Urban Development, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 27th of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
