NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 24, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2008 CA 019332 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff, and PATRICIA POSEY; STANLEY POSEY; THE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF COUNTRYPLACE, INC.; CITY OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on April 22, 2015 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK D, COUNTRY PLACE UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TAX PARCEL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER 0089-11-0013
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
