NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 16, 2015, entered in Case No. 2010 CA 005331 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-5 is the Plaintiff and Bonnie S. King F/K/A Bonnie S. Brockway; Lance King; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 21st day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 10, BLOCK 7, NORTH PORT CHARLOTTE ESTATES, FIRST ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 29 AND 29A THROUGH 29J, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
