Final Judgment was awarded on January 27, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013 CA 002149 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO COLONIAL BANK BY ACQUISITION OF ASSETS FROM THE FDIC AS RECEIVER FOR COLONIAL BANK is the Plaintiff, and MARK L. BOLDUC; WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., SUCCESSOR TO WACHOVIA BANK,; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK L. BOLDUC; INDIAN BEACH SAPPHIRE SHORES NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS #1 THROUGH #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

OF THE PUBLIC RECORD. OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING THENCE WEST ON AND ALONG THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF BLOCK 68, 115 FEET: THENCE SOUTH 62 FEET; THENCE EAST 115' FEET TO THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF BLOCK 68: THENCE NORTH ON AND ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF BLOCK 68, 62 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THE ABOVE TRACT FORMERLY DESCRIBED AS THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 27, OF NORTHMOOR, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORD, OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID PLAT OF NORTHMOOR SUBDIVISION HAVING BEEN PARTIALLY VACATED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 30, OF SAID RECORDS.
