Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated March 30, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 2013 CA 000279 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and TIMOTHY WONG, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 116, STONEBRIDGE, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLONDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 28th day of July, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
