NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014-CC-5858-NC in the County Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein BENEVA RIDGE ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and KIMBERLY KEEFER, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 9:00 A.M. on May 4, 2015.
