NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-CA-4877-NC in the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein BENEVA RIDGE ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and HAROLYN A. DAVIS, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 9:00 A.M. on May 4, 2015.

More commonly known as: 4001 Beneva Road, Unit 405, Sarasota, Florida 34233.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
