NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 30, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 004892 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE WWA REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED 5; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; GEORGETOWN SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A LAWRENCE WHALEY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A KELLY JOE WHALEY; MICHAEL E. ANDERSON A/K/A MICHAEL EDWARD ANDERSON; BRIAN D. ANDERSON A/K/A BRIAN DAVID ANDERSON are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on May 5, 2015 at 09:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK C, GEORGETOWNE SUBDIVISION, UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 42, 42A THROUGH 42D, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
