NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-007654-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2005-OPT3, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OPT3, is Plaintiff and LILLIAN WREN, ET AL., are Defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 4th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT: 4 BLOCK:
THE NORTH 75.5 FEET OF THE SOUTH 251 FEET OF LOT 4 OF HUMPHREY'S SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
