CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 253, SIENNA PARK CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2006116369, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
