TO: THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE ELMER H. POWELL LIVING TRUST U/A/D February 3, 1998, and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ELMER H. POWELL, DECEASED
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES COOPERATIVE, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, has filed an action against you seeking to terminate a proprietary leasehold interest and evict you from the following property in Sarasota County, Florida:
Unit 144, Country Club Estates, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit 4 “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 1999170443, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
upon which lies the following double-wide mobile home:
1968 Vaga VIN Nos. FD623A and FD623B
and on or before 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Jonathan P. Whitney, Esq., LUTZ, BOBO, TELFAIR, DUNHAM & GABEL, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Two North Tamiami Trail, Suite 500, Sarasota, Florida 34236, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
