NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 03, 2015, and entered in Case No. 58-2013-CA-005011-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM W. MORTON, JR., A/K/A/ WILLIAM W. MORTON; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM W. MORTON, JR., A/K/A/ WILLIAM W. MORTON N/K/A JANE DOE; MARSHA D MORTON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; U.S BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, NA., AS TRUSTEE FOR MLMI2005-A8; OVERBROOK GARDENS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A WILLIAM MORTON III are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 4th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
