NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 4, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-009428-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN ALLISON BERGERON; JAYE-BRIDGET BERGERON; CITY OF SARASOTA; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 4th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
