NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 008378 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-3, RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-3, is Plaintiff and IRWIN H. MANSON, JR., ET AL.,, are Defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 4th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
The Land referred to in this Exhibit is located in the County of Sarasota the State of Florida in Deed Book 2698 at Page 2688 and is described as follows: Unit #736, of La Casa, a residential cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (plot plan) of the master form proprietary lease recorded in Official Records Book 2698, Pages 1503-1560, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with Doublewide Mobile Home Title Numbers: 44441118 and 44350429 and Vehicle Identification Numbers: FH277057A86 and FH277057B86.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
