NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 29, 2014, and entered in 2011 CA 005651 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-18 is the Plaintiff and GREG M. GILLETT; CHERRY GILLETT are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on April 28, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 10 AND ALL OF LOT 12, BLOCK D, BATTLE AND TURNER SUBDIVISION OF LOT 2, BLOCK 3, OF PALMER'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE
PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY , FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
