NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 06, 2015, and entered in 2011-CA-008321 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and ANGELA NISBET A/K/A ANGELA L. NISBET; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AEGIS WHOLESALE CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on May 06, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 7607 AND ALL OF LOTS 7608 AND 7609, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 27, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
