NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 22, 2014, and entered in 2013-CA-001882-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING, INC., P.O. BOX 65250, SALT LAKE CITY is the Plaintiff and THE MEADOWS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC; THE MEADOWS SPRINGLAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC ; BEATRIZ E. OSORIO A/K/A BEATRIZ OSORIO; LUIS ALEJANDRO GOMEZ A/K/A LUIS A. GOMEZ A/K/A LUIS GOMEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OFLUIS ALEJANDRO GOMEZ A/K/A LUIS A. GOMEZ A/K/A LUIS GOMEZ N/K/A SANDRA GOMEZ are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on JUNE 1, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 30, OF SPRINGLAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE(S) 16, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 35, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1427, PAGE 589 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
