NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 23, 2015, and entered in 2009 CA 006974 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and WANDA ALFANO; APRIL FOSSETT; HAROLD E. MLLER; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A TAYNA LILLY are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on May 07, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 1, CITRUS HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
