NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 23, 2015, and entered in 2012 CA 008826 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RFMSI 2005SA5 is the Plaintiff and MY LINH LE; PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SERENADE ON PALMER RANCH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOY M. CHADWICK A/K/A JOY CHADWICK; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A MAGDALENA PHILLIPS ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MY LINH LE; SUNTRUST BANK are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on May 07, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 308, BUILDING 5, SERENADE ON PALMER BRANCH CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. INSTRUMENT NO. 2005045834, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
