Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment entered in the above- styled Case Number 2014 CA 006702 NC on April 6, 2015 in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 506, Building 5, of Lakeside at the Isles on Palmer Ranch Section I, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Instrument Number 2008130328, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash; at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on May 11, 2015. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
