NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-006295-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Cherie A. Curtis are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on May 11, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 2, NORTH PORT CHARLOTTE ESTATES, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
