LOT 32, BLOCK 1454, 30TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
