NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 007533 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and GABRIELA GOMEZ; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; COUNTRY MANOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MERCEDES SANCHEZ; CACH, LLC; PRIVATE EQUITY CAPITAL, LLC., A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, UNDER THE PEC LAND TRUST U/A/D 8/10/2012; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GABRIELA GOMEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 4th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21 OF COUNTRY MANOR UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 37, 37A-37C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
