NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 26, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-010410-NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-OA5 TRUST, is the Plaintiff and Randy L. Platfoot and Branch Banking and Trust Company, are Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Internet at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 14th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5 & 6, BLOCK 19, REVISED PLAT OF SIESTA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THAT PORTION OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE VACATED ALLEY ADJACENT TO THE LOTS, THE ENTIRE VACATED ALLEY BEING DESCRIBED IN AN INSTRUMENT RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 250, PAGE 271 AND 272, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
