NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 30, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 58-2012-CA-004267 NC, DIVISION: C, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and JOSE R. RODRIGUEZ; HECTOR MARTINEZ; ANA M. MARTINEZ; MIRIAM DIAZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE R. RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HECTOR MARTINEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANA M. MARTINEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MIRIAM DIAZ; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR SARASOTA COUNTY, FLO UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 4thday of May, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
NORTH 42 FEET OF LOT 14 AND SOUTH 18 FEET OF LOT 16, IN BLOCK L, PLAT OF AVION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 112 AND 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
