NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 008277 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005 3, RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005 3, is Plaintiff and Wayne G. Evers et al., are Defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 7th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Commence at the SW corner of Section 33, Township 40 S., Range 20E, thence North 89Ëš30'00'' E, along the South line of said section 33, a distance of 2679.70 feet; thence North 0Ëš35'30” E, 193.005 feet for a P.O.B.; thence continue North 0Ëš35'30” E., 143.005 feet; thence South 89Ëš30'00” W, 330.62 feet; thence South 0Ëš35'30” W, 143.005 feet; thence North 89Ëš30'00” E, 330.62 feet to the P.O.B. Subject to an easement for ingress and egress over and across the Westerly 25.0 feet thereof; together with an easement for ingress and egress 25 feet in width over and across the Westerly 25 feet of the property immediately South of subject property being the balance of the property acquired by the Grantor in that certain deed recorded in O.R. Book 1157, Page 157, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
