Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein M&T BANK, Plaintiff, and GUY DASILVA; LAKEWOOD RANCH CORPORATE PARK OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; LWR TECHNOLOGY PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, et al., are Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the online auction www.Sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 12TH day of May, 2015, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 1D, Building 1 of Lakewood Ranch Technology Park, Phase 1, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in Instrument Number 2005277684, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condo Book 38, Page 42, as amended in Condo Book 39, Page 33, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
